I met a friend tonight at Grill One Sixteen tonight in Tampa (North Dale Mabry) and while the restaurant was very modern and hip, the most intriguing thing on the menu was the lighted menu itself!

I didn’t want to destroy the menu trying to figure out how they pulled this off, but my best guess would be an LED flat light under the printed menu. The photo above doesn’t paint the full picture, so if you’re in the area check it out!

And if you go, they have a great deal on Wednesday nights – $20 for ladies, $25 for gentlemen where they serve unlimited wine and appetizers from 5-9pm.
